Leverkusen 0-1 Barcelona
Barcelona, winners of the inaugural competition in 2013/14, were thankful to keeper Andreu Cases for twice denying Leverkusen the lead. The Spanish team dominated for long spells but had nothing to show for it until Carles Aleñá squared for Alejandro Blanco to apply a close-range finish with a minute remaining.
Roma 3-0 BATE Borisov
A crowd of around 600 watched Roma seal their place in the play-offs. Edoardo Soleri was on target in each half, his 78th-minute second set up by the scorer of the Italian side's other goal, Sadiq Umar.

Dinamo Zagreb 0-1 Bayern München
Bayern ended their campaign on a high with their first victory in this season's group stage. Dinamo succumbed to Marco Stefandl's 74th-minute strike, the substitute converting at the second attempt after a run down the right, but Arsenal's defeat in Greece ensured the Croatian outfit held onto first place in a section where three teams finished on ten points.
Olympiacos 2-0 Arsenal
Dinamo's loss meant Olympiacos's victory was inconsequential and Arsenal came second. Giorgos Manthatis poked the Piraeus club ahead early on after finding space in the box. Dimosthenis Chantzaras made it 2-0 eight minutes before the break, running onto Manolis Saliakas's through ball and dispatching a shot past Hugo Keto.
Chelsea 0-0 Porto
Holders Chelsea, like Benfica yesterday, completed the group stage unbeaten after a match of few chances, Ali Mukhtar going closest for the hosts with an effort against the upright.
Dynamo Kyiv 2-0 Maccabi Tel-Aviv
Dynamo were seldom troubled by a Maccabi side that failed to register an attempt on target. Substitute Viktor Tsygankov rubber-stamped victory 18 minutes from time, adding to Ivan Kaliuzhnyi's first-half opener.
Gent 0-2 Zenit
Artem Ponikarov headed third-placed Zenit into the lead just past the hour. One quickly became two as Sergei Ivanov fired beyond Zeb Van Gerven, sealing the Russian outfit's second success of the campaign.
Valencia 1-1 Lyon
Valencia had to win to pip Lyon to the round of 16 and with Gary Neville in the crowd they forged ahead midway through the second period when Rafa Mir ran onto Antonio Martínez's flicked header and rounded Stanislas Lebongo for his sixth goal of the group. That came after Lyon's Gaetan Parrin clipped the crossbar from the spot, yet the visitors got the point they required courtesy of Gédéon Kalulu.
